Refund decisions are made by GlobalFlowX Limited. Read the Refund Policy for the full terms, then send your request using the details below.
What to include
- The email address on your Honey Circle account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for the request
Send it to support@myhoneycircle.com. First response target: 1 business day.
Good to know
Outside statutory rights, refunds are discretionary and normally considered within 7 days of a charge.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a period that has already been charged. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
