Acceptable Use & Fair Use Policy

You must not use Honey Circle to:

• process private content you are not authorised to access;
• bypass login, authentication or access controls;
• bypass paywalls or subscription barriers;
• bypass DRM or other technical protection measures;
• circumvent geographic or platform blocks;
• carry out mass scraping;
• run abusive automation, bots or scripted request floods;
• attack, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer the service;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• commit fraud, including payment fraud and abusive chargebacks;
• infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• infringe trade marks or pass off third-party brands;
• redistribute content without authorisation;
• do anything unlawful;
• produce commercial copies of third-party content;
• build a competing database or product from our service;
• share, rent or resell your account.

Unlimited personal extractions, subject to fair use, supported-content limits and abuse prevention.

"Unlimited" means unlimited personal use by one human being using the product normally. It does not mean unlimited automated volume, and it does not extend to content that is not supported.

Limits that apply today

• Account required. Extraction only runs for a signed-in account; it is not available anonymously.
• Publicly accessible links only. We only attempt URLs that can be reached without logging in, and we do not bypass access controls.
• Processing timeout of 110 seconds. If a source cannot be read within that window, the extraction is stopped and reported as an error instead of running indefinitely.
• Repeat links are served from cache. Extracting the same link again returns the stored result rather than reprocessing it.
• Unsupported content is refused. Private, login-required, paywalled, DRM-protected, removed, region-blocked or broken links, and content without enough information, may not produce a recipe.
• Abuse prevention. Accounts may be blocked by an administrator where behaviour breaches this policy.

We do not currently enforce a fixed per-platform video duration limit, a monthly extraction quota or a published rate limit. If we introduce one, this page will state it before it applies to you.

• We may warn, rate limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
• Serious or repeated breaches can lead to immediate termination without refund of the current period, subject to your statutory rights.
• Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the competent authorities.
• Report abuse to support@myhoneycircle.com.
